Nafiseh Dadgostar

Born and raised in Tehran-Iran, Nafiseh moved to Canada in 2006 to continue her graduate studies. She has a PhD in chemical engineering and has worked in energy and chemicals industries as a researcher for the last 10 years.

Nafiseh has kept her connection to music by taking piano classes and singing as an alto in a number of choirs for the last 20 years. She has been attending Eric Nyland's piano studio since 2014 and is currently working on her RCM Level 10 repertoire. She participated in Cassa Adult Piano in 2021 & 2022, and is enthusiastic about engaging more adult learners for future Cassa workshops.
