Nadine Ayer
Nadine Ayer is an elementary school teacher with the Calgary Board of Education and a self taught visual artist. She has been apart of the dramatic arts since she was 5 years old; appearing in several plays including “Blood Relations” and “Jenny’s Story”. She decided to pursue her love of drama by earning an Acting diploma from Mount Royal College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Lethbridge. After accepting a job as a fine arts teacher at an arts-centred school, Nadine discovered her love for the visual arts. Nadine taught herself to paint along side her students and fell in love with acrylics. Nadine now combines her love of animals with brightly coloured acrylic paints to create whimsical nursery art. Nadine spends her free time travelling with her husband, little baby boy, and dog Tippy looking for adventure.
